I arrived at the hotel after a long journey and was disappointed that my room wasn't ready until 6.00 pm. Although the room was spacious, it lacked the charm I had hoped for despite booking it a month in advance. The service was a mix of courteousness but also encountered some rudeness that didn't seem to align with hospitality standards. The location, amidst the hills of Mussoorie away from the busy mall road, offered stunning views of the town and Doon valley. The dining experience was a highlight with healthy, hygienic, and delicious meals served in a beautiful outdoor dining area. Despite the positives, there were some aspects that fell short like the delayed room readiness and the inconsistency in service attitudes.
